Now i wouldn’t usually do this and maybe its the old grumpy bastard but i sincerely hope everyone who goes to Oxegen 2008 gets pissed on from a height 
A lifetime ago I went to Witnness Festival in god knows where and it poured rain for the whole of the first day, the second day in my wrecked jeans (before it was fashion to have wrecked jeans) and borrowed tee from AlanMack i staggered around after completely making a disaster of myself at the free Guinness tent. I was completely abandoned by the crew with some stranger in the Guinness Compliments tent who had some allergy to wheat or some jazz so i bagged his free pints and he seemed to follow me around for the remainder of the day like a loyal puppy!
Fun times. Happy times. Times not to be rememberd.

Yeah I hadn’t a fucking idea either but apparently they were hot in the eighties (da eighties!).
Worse still find out what song was playing when you were most likely conceived. . .

GRRRRR Although my dad maintains it was the Rolling Stones. . eh . .
Although both made comebacks as big songs for popular artists!

Over on Ricks Blog he has tickets for the Boss’s upcoming gig that he’s giving away on his show today.
Looked up ticketmaster and was shocked that the tickets for the gig are a little shy of 100 notes each!
Now im not a concert going person to be honest but this is one of the concerts i would have wanted to go to, now il be on holidays as it happens but is there anything in this country that hasn’t sky rocketed in price!!

Now i’ve safely been through my darkest of teenage depressions an i will admit that the bends is a great album but i was absoloutly smug when i found out that Radioheads latest album, released under the ‘pay as much or as little as you want’ system, has done well, shit! Well i dont even know if shit is the right term but i certainly hope at least one of them goes bankrupt…smug bastards..
