I have to say the mobile phone competition has really come a long way in the past 6 months to a year. I would’ve thought be introducing the free texting between vodafone users would’ve lessened their profits but it’s realeased that they are up on phone usage and data usage which is seeing the profits soar again. But all the while they are giving great services and offers to the customer.
Since Meteor and Three have come on board i think great things have happened and it just goes to show you how healthy competition can really result in a better and cheaper service to everyone.
Vodafone’s latest add on is to let you ‘ask’ for credit off another person. So if your stuck you can free text your buddy and ask for anything between 2 and 20 euro worth of credit!
Text ‘ASK’ followed by their number to and the amount you need to 50223 e.g. to request €2 text “ASK 0871234567 €2″
Genius.
